A global leader in digital marketing, with a portfolio spanning digital media, online communities, and competitive comparison markets (iGaming, Sports Betting, Personal Finance), needed to refine their operating model and organizational structure, focusing on senior leadership and middle management.

The Dilemma

The company aimed to align its leadership structure and operations with a new operating model designed to enhance customer value. Challenges included optimizing R&R’s, team structures, and establishing effective management routines.

  • Kick-start succession planning to secure leadership continuity.
