Naama Kushnir is a business transformation expert and former C-Level Executive who thrives on scaling businesses, orchestrating organizational changes, and leading teams through transitions. With a rich background across a variety of sectors—ranging from medium to large private and public companies, to scaleups, mature corporations, and investment firms—Naama excels in mentoring senior executives, guiding them through growth journeys while fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.


In her previous corporate journey with a large global FTSE 250 company, (888 Holdings PLC), Naama took on multiple roles including: Chief Transformation Officer, COO, and Chief People Officer. Her contributions were critical in the $2.5B acquisition of William Hill and the post-merger integration, showcasing her adeptness in leadership team building, internal succession planning, and organizational modeling.


Since leaving 888Holdings, Naama has been working in an advisory capacity with clients in various sectors, including gaming; digital marketplaces, fintech, online travel, and ad-tech and offers direction and support in areas of organizational design and restructuring, executive talent management, change management, M&A due diligence and integration. 


Working as a trusted advisor to CEO’s and as a facilitator between executives, Naama's approach to relationship-building is authentic and personal, quickly establishing trust and rapport with key stakeholders. Having lived and worked across a variety of countries coupled with her  ability to engage and build trust amongst her colleagues, Naama has a unique  ability to bridge cultural gaps and align different ways of work. 


Her recognition in the ‘Gaming Intelligence Hot 50’, 2021 for Employee and Customer Care, underscores her commitment to impactful leadership. 


Naama holds a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, specializing in Organizational Design.
